What Counts for Billing

Pramaan billing is based on the number of verifications performed. Each document authenticity check and each BioRef liveness scan counts as one verification. Verifications include document parsing, forgery detection, biometric comparison under ISO/IEC 24745, and liveness detection under ISO/IEC 30107-3. Failed verifications and retries are also billed to reflect processing costs.

What counts as a verification?
Each document authenticity check and each BioRef liveness check counts as one verification. A single identity verification session that checks one document and runs one liveness scan counts as two verifications.
Do failed verifications count toward billing?
Yes. Failed verifications still consume processing resources - document parsing, biometric comparison, and liveness detection. They are billed at the same rate as successful verifications.
Does the Starter plan include ISO/IEC 24745 biometric reference protection?
Starter includes basic biometric comparison. Full ISO/IEC 24745-compliant biometric reference protection, cancellation, and secure比对 is available in Growth and Ecosystem plans.
Can we run a pilot before committing to a plan?
Yes. Contact our team for a time-limited pilot with full Starter plan capabilities. Pilot volume is capped and does not convert to a paid plan automatically.
How are multi-site deployments billed?
Each site is treated as a separate verification endpoint. Growth and Ecosystem plans offer consolidated billing across all sites under a single account.
